Student Counseling Intern
Being a human is so hard. I want to be a part of normalizing the need for mental-emotional support during strenuous times, while also celebrating the more joyous times. With much empathy, I want to help people cultivate a better understanding of themselves, others, and their world. I will hold a safe space where you can take a deep breath and process what’s going on in your life, validate your experiences, and develop skills or coping strategies to grow into yourself and empower you to take strides in your journey. I truly believe that we hold so much power within ourselves to grow – sometimes we just need some help tapping into it.
