Madisynn Tofte M.A., (Coming Soon!)
Marriage and Family Therapist
I approach the therapeutic process with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe patients are the experts of their own experiences, and I view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in authenticity, trust, and connection. I work from a systemic, strengths-based, and patient-centered lens that honors the relationships, lived experiences, and environments that shape each person’s life. My goal is to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they move toward healing, growth, and feeling more connected to themselves while recognizing their existing strengths and capacity for change.
Madisynn earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Whitworth University and is practicing as a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. She approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and a relational perspective that supports clients in exploring patterns, strengthening insight, and building healthier connections.
Madisynn is passionate about assisting patients in deepening self-awareness, strengthening emotional attunement, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships with both themselves and others. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in understanding how relationships and experiences shape us, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and growth. She has training in The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Lifespan Integration, and thoughtfully integrates these approaches to support meaningful, lasting change tailored to each patient’s unique needs and experiences.
