“To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.” – Tony Robbins

Having empathy and compassion for others is a great way to effectively communicate and build relationships. Going through day-to-day interactions with the perspective that we are all trying our best and may not always be having the best of days. I believe that through understanding that we are all unique, carrying different mindsets and life experiences, we can then know how to effectively communicate and have empathy for others.
