As a representative of The Counseling Center at Tree City, the truth in this quote guides everything I do. I thrive on connecting people with the resources they need to heal and grow, but I know that true support begins with empathy and connection. By partnering with local agencies to uplift their missions, I focus on building strong, authentic community relationships. To me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a privilege and a powerful way to ensure that every individual and organization we touch feels heard, valued, and supported for the long haul.

Gina is dedicated to aligning her work with her deeply held belief in community support and human connection. After a successful career in supply chain planning and procurement, the College of Idaho alumna shifted her focus to mission-driven work. She currently serves as a Resident Advisor at City Light Home for Women and Children and sits on the board of The Children’s Academy.
