Relationships are one of the greatest gifts we are given in our lifetime. For an organization to develop and thrive, relationships within and around the organization must also be healthy. I specialize in working with others. I take steps to learn a variety of ways I can encourage, support, and specialize in each member’s personal growth and work experience. When partnering with outside agencies, I enjoy discovering how The Counseling Center at Tree City can come alongside their program to support their specific mission in caring for members of our community.
Jennifer has a background in education and has taught children in the Treasure Valley for over twelve years. This past opportunity to work with students and their families has greatly contributed to her overall understanding of how to strengthen personal identities and how to share authentic and professional relationships with others.
