Kendra is a License Marriage and Family Therapist in Idaho, Utah, Maryland, and Connecticut and a registered Clinical Supervisor in the State of Idaho. She graduated with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from Brigham Young University and MS in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland. Kendra has extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Couple Therapy and the Gottman method that significantly influence her practice.
Kendra has completed Gottman level 1 and level 2 trainings as well as other Gottman trainings on trauma and infidelity. She is a Prepare/Enrich premarital facilitator and specializes in infidelity and couple intimacy issues as well as female sexual dysfunction. Tailoring her approach to the specific needs of the couple, clients experience a more focused approach to their specific challenges. Her systemic approach focuses on improving the relationships of her clients. Her compassionate and understanding approach to relationship challenges helps her clients feel safe and comfortable as they work together empowering them to reach their relationship goals.
